Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Control Manager Associate within the Chase Branded and CoBrand Credit Card Controls team. This role delivers governance, risk assessment, and control remediation across the Card business, leveraging data analytics and automation to proactively manage compliance and operational risk.

You will partner with Product and Partner teams, drive incident detection and root cause analysis, and oversee initiatives to strengthen the control environment while guiding a diverse

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Experience designing and improving risk-based escalation procedures and control frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communicate complex risk concepts clearly.
