Job summary

The role reports to the Manager of the Product Innovation Controls team and partners with Payments product management to deliver on business strategy and manage complex initiatives regionally and globally.

You will build risk culture, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support new markets or product rollouts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Control Management, or Risk.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Create proactive risk and control culture using evaluation strategies and change management.
• Participate in strategic and tactical initiatives supporting business execution.
• Facilitate business development opportunities such as new markets or new deals.
• Develop relationships with LOBs, controllers, infrastructure heads, and JPM business partners.
• Support Product Heads and their teams on issues and initiatives.
• Use metrics to identify themes, source datasets, and build models.
• Manage governance forums as needed.
