You will partner with Product, Technology, and Control Management to shift from manual risk detection to in-system controls, automated health checks, and proactive governance. You will work with Product Owners and Engineers to embed controls-by-design in new launches, deliver near real-time control visibility, and drive improvements in performance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology risk & controls or related disciplines with delivery ownership.
• Experience spanning technology delivery and controls/risk with cross-functional influence.
• Experience CCM capabilities, automated testing, or continuous auditing.
• Ability to partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Business Control Managers in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a repeatable CCM framework with objectives and governance.
• Provide near real-time visibility into control performance and risk trends.
• Stand up production health checks to minimize regression testing.
• Automate control testing and strengthen detection with data and telemetry.
• Embed controls-by-design into new product launches with design reviews.
• Evaluate AI-assisted summaries with human validation for auditability.
