Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with controls, audit, QA, or risk management.
• Deep regulatory knowledge and ability to train others on risk practices.
• Designs and executes change management for complex initiatives, drives adoption with minimal disruption.
• Influences stakeholders with data-driven arguments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manages complex stakeholder relationships across Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk.
• Delivers clear, executive-level communications and presentations.
• Leads cross-functional teams and fosters inclusive collaboration.
• Leads knowledge transfer, repositories, and lessons learned for projects.
• Conducts sophisticated analysis to identify root causes and risks.
