MyAdvice, an AI-powered solutions provider based in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to optimize our delivery and customer support across the U.S. and India.

You will define measures, establish cadence, and lead cross-functional teams to improve execution and customer outcomes. In this role, you will diagnose operational gaps, build scalable processes, mentor managers, and partner with Revenue to align readiness, commitments, and escalations while shaping the future

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible operations or delivery leadership experience.
• Experience in a business combining SaaS, digital marketing services, and post-sales delivery is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead interdependent functions through measurable operating goals, quality controls, and capacity planning.
• Strong command of operational metrics and management routines, turning ambiguous work into clear standards.
• Experience managing distributed teams across U.S. and India time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to work directly in operational detail and coach managers.

Aufgaben

• Build and run the operating system with measurable output, quality, and capacity.
• Lead delivery results across customer support and related services, balancing throughput, quality and cost.
• Partner with leaders to define excellent work and ensure the OS delivers standards daily.
• Create escalation paths for client-impacting issues and staffing gaps.
• Stand up and govern India delivery operations and coordinate with U.S. leadership.
• Lead people development with a coaching culture and scalable documentation.
• Develop managed-service execution when needed to improve client outcomes.
• Define and implement the First 90 Days plan with clear targets.
