Job summary

Ladders in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Delivery to own the global delivery strategy for a large-scale professional services organization, with a strong emphasis on growth, profitability, and consistent execution across regions. This role partners with executive stakeholders and major enterprise clients to deliver complex transformations and scalable delivery models.

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting with significant Oracle experience.
10+ years of senior delivery leadership experience managing large teams.
Direct accountability for a $200M+ annual professional services P&L.
Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS and technology transformations.
Proven success working with enterprise C-suite clients and leading operational transformation.
Experience implementing AI and automation with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global delivery strategy aligned with growth and financial commitments.
Lead a $300M+ global services organization across multiple geographies.
Establish a scalable onshore, nearshore, and offshore operating model.
Translate enterprise strategy into actionable delivery plans.
Build a high-performing global leadership team with clear accountability.
Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and major engagements.
Develop and institutionalize a consistent delivery methodology across services.
