Job summary

AI Insights & Innovations, in partnership with “The Life of Business,” is seeking a Vice President of Operations to drive operational excellence across the organization in a fully remote capacity. Lead cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, monitor P&L, and set performance metrics aligned with strategic goals.

The role requires a strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and people leadership for remote teams, with a focus on customer service standards and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and process optimization.
• Proven experience in P&L Management and financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong background in Strategic Planning and organizational development to align operations with long-term business goals.
• Advanced skills in Project Management, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Experience in Customer Service leadership, with the ability to design and maintain service standards that improve client satisfaction.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; comfortable using data and AI-driven insights to guide operations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse, remote teams and promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Experience in technology, consulting, or AI-driven businesses is beneficial.
