- Track record of scaling post-sale operations and implementing process improvements.
- Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and sales leadership.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and automation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the post-sale operations strategy and operating model.
- Lead and develop a global team of 25+ professionals in US and India.
- Improve onboarding, menu management, and technical account management processes.
- Own CSAT, SLAs, onboarding timelines, and resolution performance.
- Drive retention and account growth through scalable service delivery.
