The position is remote with international exposure, offering leadership across distributed teams and ongoing innovation in robotics and productivity tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, incl. 8+ years in leadership.
• Experience in complex, distributed enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to manage live operations across multiple time zones.
• Deep expertise in networking, cloud platforms, and identity management.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing IT teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a VP of IT Infrastructure & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This leader will shape the enterprise technology foundation that supports rapid growth, distributed operations, and ongoing innovation across the business.

The role will oversee infrastructure, operations, and IT planning in close partnership with functional leaders to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.

The position also plays a key role in supporting market expansion, operational continuity, and integration efforts tied to strategic transactions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $230,000 – $310,000 annually
