• Establish governance forums and performance expectations to improve continuity
• Oversee the Operational Reliability Group and ensure technical support for incidents

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the operating model for a multi-site technical infrastructure organization, bringing structure, governance, and cross-functional alignment across site operations and corporate teams. The Senior Director will translate executive priorities into measurable programs that improve continuity, reliability, and operational execution. This leader will serve as a key connector between field operations and centralized functions while providing clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Operations organization and establish an integrated operating model
• Develop and execute multi-year strategies and organizational roadmaps
• Translate executive direction into prioritized programs and measurable outcomes
• Serve as the principal integrator between site operations and corporate functions
• Provide executive-ready updates and recommendations on operational performance
• Establish governance forums and performance expectations to improve continuity
• Oversee the Operational Reliability Group and ensure technical support for incidents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field preferred
• 12+ years of experience in data center operations or related fields with multi-site leadership responsibility
• Experience leading multiple enterprise functions through senior professionals
• Advanced knowledge of critical infrastructure and operational practices in data centers
• Proven ability to develop enterprise programs and governance models
• Experience with CMMS platforms, preferably ServiceNow, and operational reporting
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
