Ladders is seeking a Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Operations to shape a scalable technology foundation for rapid growth. The role partners with leaders to ensure reliable systems, supports market expansion, and manages IT planning for new initiatives, including M&A integration.

The position is remote with international exposure, offering leadership across distributed teams and ongoing innovation in robotics and productivity tools.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, incl. 8+ years in leadership.
• Experience in complex, distributed enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to manage live operations across multiple time zones.
• Deep expertise in networking, cloud platforms, and identity management.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing IT teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with growth and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with departments to align IT with operational needs.
