Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s annual and long-term business development strategy.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with capabilities and objectives.
• Oversee proposals, capture and pursuit activities, and ensure compliance and win themes.
• Lead and coordinate with subject matter experts, writers, and graphics resources for pursuits.
• Engage customers and strategic partners to strengthen relationships and pipeline.
• Manage performance indicators, pipeline reviews, and forecasted revenue.
• Oversee transition from award to operations and capture lessons learned.
• Develop and mentor the business development and proposal teams for scale.
• Support management in strategic planning, acquisitions, and geographic expansion.
