Job summary

JGMS Family of Companies is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth and expand our government contracting footprint in the United States. Reporting to the CEO, you will identify strategic opportunities, lead the BD team, and shape strategic priorities across the organization.

You will oversee proposals, pricing, and partnerships, while guiding market analysis and competitive positioning to win new work with DoD, DoE, and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in business development or capture.
• Proven track record in federal contracting environments (DoD/DOE).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead the Bids and Proposals team, manage pricing, and oversee pipeline and gate reviews.
• Foster partnerships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth across programs.
• Manage policies and processes across the BD lifecycle and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and funding landscapes to guide strategic decisions.
