Job summary

Kaseya seeks a senior Growth & Product Strategy leader to shape where the company invests and how it wins. You will work directly with executives, engage customers and field teams, and turn ambiguous questions into clear recommendations that accelerate ARR and define multi-year direction.

This role reports to the SVP, Growth & Product Strategy and builds a scalable Product Strategy organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or senior strategic leadership.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end.
• Strong narrative writing and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Experience in SaaS/B2B, MSP, IT management, or cybersecurity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy using MSP and Direct IT insights and market signals.
• Frame high-value strategic questions with clear evidence and actionable recommendations.
• Translate insights into practical strategies that drive near-term ARR growth and 3-year direction.
• Partner across Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance and Operations with clear narratives.
• Build the people, processes, and model to scale Product Strategy as a durable function.
