Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a senior leader for Growth & Product Strategy to shape product, pricing, and go-to-market directions. You will work directly with executives, engage deeply with MSP and Direct IT customers, and translate insights into studied recommendations that drive near-term ARR and multi-year growth.

You will partner across Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to build the function and scale it while maintaining a hands-on, impact-driven approach in a fast-paced software

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product strategy, product management, or senior strategy roles.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and drive decisions with data and narratives.
• Strong collaboration with Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance and Ops.
• Proven ability to engage customers, conduct discovery, and translate insight into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy to drive ARR and expansions.
• Frame high-value strategic questions and present clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Translate insight into practical product, go-to-market and competitive strategies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to execute and scale.
• Lead by doing while building a durable Product Strategy team over time.
