Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product strategy, management, or related senior roles.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and drive decisions at executive level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for memos and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy leveraging MSP and Direct IT insights.
• Frame high-value strategic questions and land clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Translate insights into practical strategies to grow ARR and shape multi-year direction.
• Collaborate across Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations with evidence-based narratives.
• Build and scale a Product Strategy function, hiring as needed.
