Job summary

Kaseya seeks a VP of Growth & Product Strategy to personally drive the product strategy work, collaborating with executives and customer-facing teams to accelerate ARR and shape multi-year direction. This leader will translate customer insight into strategic bets and outcomes, reporting to the SVP, Growth & Product Strategy.

In this hands-on role, you will frame ambiguous problems, lead high-impact decisions, and build a scalable Product Strategy function while guiding go-to-market and pricing

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product strategy or related senior role.
• Operates with senior leaders — owning a point of view and driving decisions.
• Exceptional problem-framing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Strong customer orientation using discovery, research, design thinking, experimentation, and field insight.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with strong narratives.
• Hands-on driver today while building toward and leading a team over time.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy from MSP and Direct IT customers and field leaders to build a clear view of needs and opportunities.
• Frame high-value strategic questions, define the real decision, and land clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Translate insight into practical strategies that support near-term ARR growth and three-year direction.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations with fact-based analysis and clear narratives.
• Build and scale the capability by doing the work directly and creating a durable Product Strategy operating model.
