Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a hands-on VP of Growth & Product Strategy to shape the company’s three-year direction and translate customer insight into product, GTM, and revenue outcomes. Qualifications

• 12+ years in product strategy, product management, or equivalent leadership.
• Experience solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy across MSP and Direct IT segments.
• Frame high-value strategic questions and deliver clear recommendations.
• Translate insights into practical strategy and execution for ARR growth.
• Partner with Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
• Build and scale a durable Product Strategy capability and team.
