Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Growth & Product Strategy Director to own the company’s product strategy work, directly engaging with executives, customers, and field teams, and translating complex questions into clear, revenue-driving recommendations. You will frame problems, design narratives, and influence multi-year direction while building a scalable Product Strategy function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end.
• Strong narrative and memo/presentation writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy with direct engagement of MSP and Direct IT customers.
• Frame high-value strategic questions and define the real decision to drive action.
• Translate insights into practical strategies for near-term ARR growth and three-year direction.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance and Operations to drive results.
• Build and scale the Product Strategy capability and team over time.
