Qualifications

• 10+ years in product strategy, product management, or equivalents.
• Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems from end to end.
• Strong narrative and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across product, GTM, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy drawing on MSP and Direct IT insights.
• Frame high-value questions and land clear, actionable recommendations.
• Translate insight into strategy and execution to drive near-term ARR and three-year direction.
• Collaborate across orgs to align product strategy with business goals.
• Build and scale a Product Strategy capability inside the company.
