Job summary

Kaseya in Sunnyvale seeks a hands-on VP to lead Growth & Product Strategy, partnering with executives and customers to turn insights into growth. You will shape three-year direction, define investments, and build a scalable strategy function.

You will own strategy decisions on ARR growth, pricing, segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, GTM, and Customer Success, reporting to the SVP Growth & Product Strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product strategy or senior leadership roles.
• Peer to senior leaders, driving decisions that follow.
• Strong problem-framing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Customer discovery, research, design thinking, experimentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy drawing on insights from MSPs, Direct IT customers, and market signals.
• Frame high-value strategic questions; define decisions, hypotheses, and evidence.
• Translate insights into strategies for near-term ARR growth and long-term direction.
• Collaborate across Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations with clear narratives.
• Build and scale the Product Strategy capability by hiring and processes.
