Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Director of Growth & Product Strategy to directly drive the company’s product strategy work, engaging with executives, customers, and field teams. You will structure ambiguous business questions into clear recommendations that accelerate ARR and shape multi-year direction.

You will lead work at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, market opportunity, and go-to-market execution, building a strategy team to scale over time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product strategy, product management, or senior strategy roles.
• Able to drive decisions with data and customer insights.
• Strong narrative skills for memos and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-backed growth strategy with direct executive engagement.
• Frame high-value strategic questions and deliver clear recommendations.
• Translate insights into actionable strategy and execution for ARR growth.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, Customer Success, Finance and Operations.
• Build scalable Product Strategy capability and processes.
