Our client is seeking a Director of Business Development to build growth through new products, AI capabilities, strategic partnerships, and new routes to market in the multifamily real estate space. You will shape offerings, pricing, and packaging and enable the sales team to win with new and existing PMCs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, commercial strategy, or partnerships in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Direct experience in multifamily rental/property management is not required but understanding is necessary.
• Strong command of the US multifamily and property management market and deal processes.

Responsabilités

• Pricing, packaging & offerings ownership and alignment with sales.
• Translate AI capabilities and partnerships into sellable offerings with value propositions and pricing.
• Define commercialization of AI initiatives and bundling strategies.
• Build the commercial case for launches, pricing, and margin considerations.
• Arm sales to win new PMCs and expand existing ones with enablement and collateral.
