Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to accelerate growth for its Agentic AI solutions in the Multifamily real estate market. You will shape GTM, messaging, and content, partnering with Product, Sales and Operations to drive adoption and market impact.

You will lead cross-functional teams, launch AI-based products, and translate customer voice into strategic content and training that supports demand generation and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Foundational skills: value prop, GTM, audience segmentation, launches, content, enablement, research.
• Strong cross-functional relationships with product, sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, CS or engineering.
• MBA is a plus but not required.
• Experience launching AI-based products is a plus.
• Experience marketing software for Multifamily property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market programs defined with Product, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Develop messaging and positioning with measurable proof points.
• Create assets: presentations, case studies, battlecards, playbooks, competitive assessments.
• Sales enablement training materials covering trends, personas, pain points, solutions, plays.
• Engage customers to drive awareness to adoption; champion customer voice.
• Collaborate on marketing strategy to target accounts and segments.
• Provide competitive intelligence and market insights.
• Co-create digital journeys and marketing websites for buyers.
• Support product strategy with market trends and needs.
• Lead product launches, allocate resources, and measure KPIs.
