Job summary

Trimont, a leading commercial real estate loan services provider, seeks a Managing Director, Product Development & Growth to shape and execute the company’s growth agenda across new ventures and platforms.

This executive will own growth initiatives beyond CRE services, partnering with cross-functional teams, assessing market opportunities, and guiding strategic investments and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own an enterprise growth agenda and translate ambiguity into actionable strategy.
• Strong partnership and revenue-creation experience with build/buy/partner evaluation.
• Executive-level communication with C-suite, board, investors, and senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise growth opportunities across new businesses, services, products, platforms, markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Build the company’s growth pipeline by identifying opportunities to build, launch, acquire, partner, or scale new businesses and service lines.
• Develop business cases, investment memos, financial models, and executive recommendations that articulate market opportunity and execution needs.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry analysis to inform growth strategy and decisions.
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner options, including acquisitions and partnerships.
• Support M&A and corporate development evaluation with strategic rationale and diligence input.
• Lead commercialization planning for new offerings, including go-to-market strategy and pricing considerations.
• Establish operating models and governance needed to launch and scale new ventures.
• Influence executive leadership and board stakeholders through clear recommendations and strong storytelling.
