Job summary

Life Space Digital in San Francisco is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across office and multifamily markets. You will develop territory strategies, build relationships with property owners, developers, and operators, and manage deals from initial outreach through close.

You will work with leadership to refine go-to-market plans, maintain a high-volume pipeline with marketing and operations support, and close long-term partnerships that unlock new digital advertising

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related field.
• Experience developing relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, or real estate decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline, lead outreach, and close partnership or sales agreements.
• Familiarity with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories.
• Set and execute territory strategies to drive partner acquisition across key markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with property groups, asset managers, and portfolio owners.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with support from internal marketing and operations teams.
• Close long-term agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth handoffs and implementation.
• Share market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive trends, and partner needs.
