Job summary

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related finance roles.
• 5+ years leading managers.
• Proven track record owning planning and forecasting for a business in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams.
• Own annual plan and long-range financial model; present to CFO and executives.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses across departments.
• Provide input on strategy and major investments; support fundraising efforts.
