Job summary

Branch is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead planning, measurement, and understanding of the financial health of the business. You will head FP&A, product finance, and business insights, turning strategy into financial plans and guiding investments.

You will manage annual plans, long-range models, forecasting, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting to the CFO and leadership. You will build and develop a high-performing team of managers, collaborating with Accounting, Actuarial, Product,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles
• 5+ years leading managers
• Experience in insurance or regulated environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams
• Own annual plan and long-range financial model
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Present financial results and strategic insights to CFO and executives
• Partner with Accounting, Actuarial, Product, Sales, Claims, and Data teams
