Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights. You will run the planning process, own the long-term financial model, and partner with the CFO and executive team to shape strategy.

You will manage a team of managers, oversee forecasting and variance analysis, and present financial results with actionable recommendations to drive growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, with 5+ years mentoring managers.
• Experience owning planning and forecasting in regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, unit economics, and financial modeling.
• Experience with BI or data reporting and strong data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to build and grow teams of managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights to support company goals.
• Oversee annual planning and long-range financial modeling end-to-end.
• Forecast, budget tracking, and variance analysis across departments.
• Present results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Partner with CFO and leaders on investment decisions and fundraising.
