Athene seeks a VP Sales, Defined Contribution to drive our DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income offerings. This executive role requires building strong relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeepers, while delivering a robust territory plan and achieving top-line targets.

You will travel extensively (70%+), partner with Global Wealth colleagues, and guide education events. A bachelor’s degree and FINRA licenses are preferred, with substantial industry experience.

Formación

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera DC offerings.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams, converting partnerships into local adoption.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors and measurable sales outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; bring in product specialists as needed.
• Partner with Apollo’s Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and win together.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Use CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
