Athene seeks a senior executive to lead defined contribution sales across a national territory, focusing on DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income. This role reports to the Head of DC Wealth Distribution and requires strong relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeepers.

The position involves 70%+ travel, building strategic territory plans, and partnering with product and investment specialists to educate advisors and win business.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales or equivalent experience.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong command of advisor-led and recordkeeper channels.
• Knowledge of defined contribution market, ERISA fundamentals, and private assets or guaranteed income.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive annual territory sales targets for Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams to convert partnerships into local adoption.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors and measurable sales outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and presentations, coordinating with product and investment specialists.
• Collaborate with Apollo’s Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage and win opportunities.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Utilize CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
