Athene in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Defined Contribution to drive adoption of Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income. You will lead a national field team, build relationships with retirement plan advisors, and shape territory strategy.

Travel is heavy (70%+), and you will partner with product, investment specialists, and recordkeepers to win opportunities. A proven sales track in retirement plans and FINRA licenses are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams.
• Strong command of advisor-led and recordkeeper channels; understand ERISA fundamentals.
• Knowledge of defined contribution market and either private assets or guaranteed income.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offering.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams; convert partnerships into local adoption.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors and measurable sales outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; bring in product specialists for depth.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings and campaigns; maintain pipeline discipline.
• Use CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain a strong pipeline.
