The role requires deep knowledge of construction equipment, machine control, and connected assets, with a track record of delivering measurable jobsite productivity gains for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, engineering, construction management or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years leadership in construction equipment/technology or related industry.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and profitability experience.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams and drive organizational change.
• Excellent executive communication and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology into customer value and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive construction technology strategy aligned with dealership goals.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, aftermarkets, rental, and fleets.
• Lead go-to-market for machine control, fleet management, and digital productivity solutions.
• Expand recurring revenue from software subscriptions and services.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization across functions.
• Increase customer adoption through onboarding and training; demonstrate measurable improvements.
