Job summary

Kimmel & Associates seeks a Vice President of Construction Technology to lead the strategy, growth, and operational performance of its construction technology business. This executive will build a scalable technology organization, drive customer adoption, and develop recurring revenue streams across deployment, services, and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in construction equipment or related industry.
• Proven success leading growth and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and profitability.
• Ability to build and develop teams and drive organizational change.
• Excellent executive communication and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value propositions.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment applications and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive construction technology strategy aligned with dealership objectives.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, aftermarket, rental, and fleets.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for machine control, grade control, fleet management, and connected equipment.
• Expand recurring revenue through software subscriptions and technology services.
• Build and lead a scalable technology organization across multiple functions.
• Increase customer adoption through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity, safety, and profitability for customers.
• Own KPIs and reporting for financial results and technology utilization.
• Establish scalable processes for technology sales, installation, service, and subscriptions.
