Job summary

Kimmel & Associates seeks a Vice President of Construction Technology to drive strategy, growth, and performance for its construction tech business. Build a scalable organization, expand recurring revenue, and align technology with customer needs across sales, rental, and service.

The role partners with executive leadership and OEMs to deliver measurable improvements in safety, productivity, and profitability on job sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership in construction equipment or technology.
Proven success in growth and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgets and profitability.
Executive communication and strategic planning skills.
Ability to translate complex tech into customer value.
Understanding of construction equipment applications and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive construction technology strategy.
Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, rental, aftermarket, and services.
Lead go-to-market strategies for machine control, fleet management, and digital productivity solutions.
Expand recurring revenue through software subscriptions and services.
Build and develop a scalable technology organization across functions.
Drive customer adoption through onboarding, training, and support.
Partner with OEMs and technology providers to align product strategy with customer needs.
