Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Gilbert, AZ seeks a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing to lead the CM teams across Consumer, Business Banking and Commercial units. You will oversee budgets, cost breakdowns, loan draws and the accuracy of customer files while ensuring compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years' experience in construction management.
• 3 to 5 years' experience leading a team.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and real estate.
• Ability to travel to different markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team with coaching and performance management.
• Ensure CM staff resolve customer issues related to their files.
• Develop skills for processing construction draws bank-wide.
• Monitor and audit work completed by direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies in the disbursement process through strategy.
• Collaborate with relationship teams to improve processes.
• Assist CM staff in daily processing as needed.
• Oversee budget reviews and Cost Breakdown Summaries.
