Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Gilbert, AZ seeks a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing to lead CM teams across Consumer, Business Banking, and Commercial units. You’ll train, monitor, and advance customer files, focusing on budget reviews, cost breakdowns, loan draws, and error corrections.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and strong client service, traveling to markets as needed. A strong background in construction management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team including coaching and performance management.
• Ensure CM associates resolve customer issues related to their file.
• Develop foundational skills for processing internal consumer residential and business banking construction draws bank-wide.
• Monitor and audit work product completed by direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies for the construction disbursing process through strategic/creative process.
• Partner with relationship teams to drive process improvements.
• Attend meetings with clients and loan staff to guide them through the construction process.
• Review and resolve issues regarding loan draw accuracy and corrections.
