Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Construction Management – Disbursing in Chandler, AZ. The role will oversee CM Team training, performance, and day-to-day processing, including budget reviews and loan draw accuracy across consumer and business banking and commercial teams.

The position requires 5–7 years in construction management, 3–5 years in leadership, and strong knowledge of construction cost breakdowns; travel to markets will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• 5–7 years' experience in construction management.
• 3–5 years' experience managing or leading a team.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor the CM team; oversee day-to-day processing.
• Ensure CM associates resolve customer issues related to their file.
• Develop skills for processing residential and business construction draws.
• Monitor and audit work; drive process efficiencies; manage budgets and cost breakdowns.
• Attend client and loan staff meetings to guide project progression.
