Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing to lead CM teams across consumer, business banking and commercial units. You will oversee training, progress, audits and file reviews, ensuring accuracy in budgets, cost breakdowns and loan draws while driving process improvements.

The role requires deep construction and real estate knowledge, strong leadership, and ability to travel to markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• 5–7 years' construction management experience; 3–5 years leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost breakdowns and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of CM team with coaching, training and performance management.
• Ensure CM associates resolve customer issues related to the file.
• Develop skills for processing internal consumer residential and business draws.
• Monitor and audit outputs from direct reports for accuracy.
• Drive efficiencies in the disbursement process and cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with relationship teams to improve processes.
• Attend meetings with clients and loan staff to guide construction flow.
• Handle loan draw corrections and internal transfer requests.
