Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Construction Management – Disbursing to lead the CM teams across Consumer, Business Banking and Commercial lines. The role focuses on training, monitoring and improving the construction disbursement process, including budget reviews, cost breakdowns and draws.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive accuracy and efficiencies while guiding staff through complex loan events and regulatory requirements.

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team, including coaching and performance management
• Oversee day-to-day processing and ensure issue resolution on customer files
• Develop skills to process construction draws and cost breakdowns
• Monitor and audit work product and drive process efficiencies
