Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Chandler, AZ is seeking a VP, Construction Management - Disbursing to oversee the CM Team, train staff, and drive accurate loan draws and cost breakdowns. You will ensure process compliance and partner with relationship teams.

Candidates should have 5-7 years in construction management and 3-5 years leading teams, with on-site inspections ability and strong communication, with travel to markets as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years' experience in construction management.
• 3 to 5 years' experience managing or leading a team.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day processing needs and resolve customer issues.
• Develop skills for CM staff to process internal draws bank-wide.
• Monitor and audit work product by direct reports.
• Drive efficiencies in the construction disbursing process.
• Collaborate with relationship teams to improve processes.
• Attend meetings with clients and loan staff to guide construction management.
• Review and resolve loan draw accuracy issues.
