Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in construction management; 3–5 years leading a team.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and real estate.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor the CM team with performance coaching.
• Oversee day-to-day processing and ensure accuracy of loan draws.
• Audit work product and drive process efficiency across markets.
• Collaborate with relationship teams to improve the process.
• Attend client meetings and guide through construction management steps.
