Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Chandler, AZ seeks a VP of Construction Management - Disbursing to lead CM teams, drive budget reviews and loan draws, and ensure compliant processing across consumer, business, and commercial lines. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–7 years CM experience and 3–5 years in leading a team; strong knowledge of construction and real estate is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor CM team, including coaching and performance management.
• Drive efficiencies in the construction disbursing process.
• Partner with relationship teams to improve processes.
• Assist CM staff in day-to-day processing as needed.
• Ensure budget reviews and Cost Breakdown Summaries are completed.
• Attend client and loan staff meetings to guide construction processes.
• Review loan draw accuracy and correct errors.
• Initiate internal transfer requests and other advances as needed.
• Maintain third-party inspectors and recruit new ones as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
