Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed clinicians, unifying operations across Truepill and Alto to deliver compassionate, compliant patient engagement and scalable service excellence.

In this executive role you will balance cost, quality and SLAs while driving inbound resolution and outbound revenue strategies, partnering with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership of large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ remote or hybrid staff in 24/7 environments.
• Pharmacy degree and licensed pharmacist (RPh).
• Proven process engineering and quality management experience.
• Experience with regulatory authorities (State Boards, DEA).
• Strong change management and strategic communications.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and unify Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy entities.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate and compliant patient engagement.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care professionals.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large WFH team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and senior leaders.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.
