Qualifications

• 10+ years in related media management and/or advertising sales experience, with a proven successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• 7+ years of Sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of inspiring and building client strategy teams.
• Proven track record of driving new business development and expanding a client base in a competitive media market.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding Revenue goals set forth for the local line of business.
• Drive revenue growth with a strategic focus on accelerating streaming revenue as a key contributor to overall performance.
• Provide hands-on, day-to-day sales leadership — including regular market visits, pipeline reviews, revenue projections, and field ride-along with Directors of Sales, LSMs and Account Executives.
