Job summary

Spectrum Reach is seeking a VP Ad Sales to lead revenue growth for the local line of business from bases in Cleveland or Columbus, with travel across Ohio and Michigan. The role focuses on accelerating streaming revenue, guiding a senior sales team, and achieving ambitious targets.

Qualifications

10+ years in related media management and/or advertising sales.
7+ years of Sales leadership experience.
Proven track record of building client strategy teams and driving new business development.
Experience managing a large sales organization (30+ employees).

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed revenue goals for the local line of business.
Lead day-to-day sales operations including market visits, pipeline reviews, and forecasts.
Develop and cultivate new business opportunities and channels for revenue generation.
Partner with the Regional VP to develop annual revenue budgets and long-range projections.
Lead and mentor Directors of Sales, Local Sales Managers, and Account Executives; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
