Spectrum Reach in Charlotte seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth across local and regional markets. You will oversee a large sales team, partner with senior leaders, and steer strategic plans to meet and exceed targets.

The role demands deep expertise in Advanced Advertising, streaming/CTV, and data-driven sales, with a proven record of building client strategy and expanding a client base nationwide. Frequent travel across NC and nearby states is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in media management or advertising sales.
• 7+ years in sales leadership.
• Proven track record of developing client strategy teams.
• Experience expanding client base in competitive media market.
• Experience managing large sales teams (30+ employees).
• Deep knowledge of streaming/CTV and Advanced Advertising.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed local revenue goals.
• Drive streaming revenue growth with a strategic focus.
• Provide hands-on sales leadership and field visits.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead development of revenue budgets, forecasts and long-range projections.
• Collaborate on long-term sales strategies and plans.
• Mentor and develop regional leaders.
• Build relationships with clients to position Spectrum Reach as partner of choice.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR and Product.
