Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sales leadership with market visits and pipeline reviews.
• Develop and cultivate new business opportunities and channels.
• Partner with VP of Sales to prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff; ensure accountability.
• Build relationships with clients to position Spectrum Reach as partner of choice.
