The position oversees budgeting, forecasts, and strategic plans, collaborating across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product to align resources and drive targets in Ohio and Michigan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in related media management and/or advertising sales experience.
• 7+ years of Sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of inspiring and building client strategy teams.
• Proven track record of driving new business development and expanding a client base in a competitive media market.
• Managed large sales organization (30+ employees).
• Deep knowledge of Advanced Advertising (Digital, Programmatic, Addressable) including streaming/CTV strategies.
• Strong knowledge of advertising infrastructure, ad operations, data analytics, and yield analysis.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; strong problem solving.
• Advanced degree, such as an MBA, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Revenue goals for the local line of business.
• Drive revenue growth with a focus on streaming revenue.
• Provide hands-on, day-to-day sales leadership with market visits and pipeline reviews.
• Develop and cultivate new business opportunities and channels.
• Lead the sales leadership team and advise regions on revenue strategy.
• Partner to develop annual budgets, forecasts and long-range projections.
• Collaborate to implement long-term and short-term sales plans to reach targets.
• Provide leadership for Directors of Sales, LSMs and Account Executives; manage hiring and development.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR and Product for alignment.
• Develop and implement sales systems, accountability standards and best practices.
• Mentor and coach region leaders; ensure workforce planning and succession.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain visibility in the community.
