Fuze Health Inc. seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead 24/7 unified operations across Truepill and Alto entities, directing 450+ care agents and licensed professionals in a fast-growing healthcare delivery platform.

You will align staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance, scale processes, and partner with product, compliance, legal, HR and finance to execute strategic initiatives while maintaining compassionate patient engagement and cost control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ remote/hybrid FTEs in 24/7 settings.
• Pharmacy background and licensed pharmacist status preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto.
• Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and compliance.
• Lead staffing/capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and clinicians.
• Ensure quality across a large work-from-home team and standardized processes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with State Boards and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and senior leaders.
• Coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.
